Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and within this time period.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Under the CCRs we are only able to refund unopened products. Please see below for more information on Cancelling an Order.


Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

the goods are damaged or defective the goods were purchased directly through chapmansoflondon.com the goods are returned within a 30 day period from receipt

To reduce fraudulent claims, if items have been damaged during shipping, photographic evidence must be provided of the damaged box and damaged items when submitting a request for a refund or exchange.

We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund Sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order for exchange, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.
